My Experience: From Living Room to Savannah

I look around my home. Honestly, it looks like a miniature zoo. I spend hours staring at Cosmo, my grumpy African Chameleon. He sits on his branch and judges me. To him, he is the King of the Jungle. However, he only rules a mesh cage. Therefore, writing this list made me dream.

I love caring for Tank and Streak, my Channa pulchra. Yet, seeing animals in the wild is different. It is the ultimate validation of our hobby. We build these tiny glass ecosystems to feel connected to nature. Consequently, a safari is the ultimate goal. I want to trade water changes for game drives. Just don’t tell Cosmo. He thinks he is the only predator that matters.
